Sixty amazing tappers came together in Rubicon Dance Centre in Cardiff to participate in the Performers Project's UK-wide attempt to break the current Guinness World Record of 7,595 people performing the same tap routine simultaneously at multiple venues. For 6.5 minutes thousand of tappers were dancing to Aston Merrygold's 'Get Stupid' in aid of BBC Children in Need. All our tappers were absolutely amazing, and we had incredible fun. So proud of everyone! Sadly, we missed the world record by 102 tappers, but we raised a magical £36,700 for BBC Children in Need! Here's to breaking the world record next year!
